We believe in doing it right the first time and that is exactly how our clients felt. For years they had a vision of one day remodeling their master bathroom. The day has come and we really enjoy the opportunity to watch their dream come true.

Having dealt with a water leak for years, we decided to install a larger shower pan that would also be sealed solid with the plumbing drain and that meant no threaded joints and no leaks. We chose a Tile-Redi base which met our needs at the same time allowing us to create a tile floor in the shower. Since tile is being placed in the shower floor, we laid down a second layer of 3/4″ plywood and a 3/4″ dryset mortar bed underneath the base. Cement board was placed on all areas that have tile. We also used high-strength alkali-resistant glass fiber tape on all joints and then sealed the joints with a waterproofing chemical.

Tile done! Over 60 feet of hand made bullnose allowed us to eliminate over 60 feet of grout lines, we made over 100 tile cuts, used 200 pounds of mortar and made sure all the grout lines were symmetrical.

We installed two furniture style vanities and they look amazing. Oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures are all hooked up and functional. New lights installed.
