Electrical, framing and plumbing rough-in inspections all passed today. Wooohoo!

That’s crazy…putting a hole in the side of the house and popping in a window. Is it really that easy???
Cynthia
My uncle is a master carpenter in NJ and he did that in our house several years ago. Watching him cut a big hole in the side of my house was scary and weird. Of course we have a great picture window now that we enjoy so much.
Good job on the kitchen island. It really makes the kitchen very attractive. Don’t think there will be any problems selling this house. Can’t wait to see the finished product.
Thanks for updating, never understood what rehab contractors do, but looks like you make the most out of your investment property. This was a foreclosure, where’s the rats and mold? LOL
Are you guys just foreclosure rehab contractors? I live in Fredericksburg too and trying to find shortsales and abandoned properties. I like the pictures from your other projects, you’all do great work. Regards, MB
Love the bathroom, the tile looks great and the earth-tone colors make if look like a relaxing spa.

You guys rock! Looks great! I’ll be calling you as soon as I find a property.
