Founder Ray Milano was frustrated with Homeowner’s poor access to qualified reputable Contractors. As a child, Ray watched his family deal with the results of a home remodel nightmare. After becoming a contractor, he found his true passion serving as an advocate for the uneducated Homeowner. The result was 9 Hammers Home Improvement, formed in 2009 by Ray and eight other similarly-minded, highly-skilled Contractors.

In addition to being a general contractor and jack-of-all-trades, Ray’s experience includes refurbishing historical structures that were built as far back as the 1800’s.
