Fellow Investors, I’m not your average contractor. I am also a rehab specialist. I’ve worked with many investors on properties from Northern VA through Richmond. My work for investors has ranged from full scale demo/renovation to simple paint and carpet updates. I’m an experienced home inspector specializing in investment properties. I have also written many repair analysis reports which have validated investor’s offers on REO properties. I am a Virginia licensed general contractor, builder in both commercial and residential improvements and can handle any level of project. I am also fully insured and bonded.
Investors hire me for my ability to manage every aspect of their rehab investment property, my reputation for completing projects ahead of time and my ability to offer low pricing across the board. Don’t worry about finding all the specialist for each individual project. I run a local contractor referral network and have access to all top contractors in the area. While I do most of the work on each rehab project, as needed, I bring in other contractors from my network to assist.
