Deck Project Manager
The Deck Project Manager is responsible for managing residential deck projects from contract to completion. This includes ordering materials, coordinating field operations, and ensuring each project meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations. The role is also the primary production contact for customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Duties
Review signed contracts and verify project scope, measurements, and performed job site visits.
Produce and submit material list to supplier for contracted scope of work.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and job start dates with customer.
Deliver material to job sites as requested by production members
Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and code compliance
Document changes in scope and initiate formal change orders when necessary
Log daily progress, inspections, subcontractor notes, and customer communications in company CRM to ensure continuity and transparency.
Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion

Exterior Remodeling Sales Consultant (Roofing, Siding, Decks & Porches)
Duties
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate needs and present solutions for roofing, siding, decks, and porches.
• Conduct professional in-home consultations with measurements, design recommendations, and pricing.
• Create accurate proposals and maintain diligent follow-up with leads.
• Educate customers on roofing systems, siding options, decking/porch materials, and enhancement features.
• Collaborate with the production team for smooth project handoff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Stay current on building codes, installation processes, and exterior design trends.
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience in exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, decks, or porches.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of construction materials and processes.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, email, and digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
